Initial Medication Appointment
At your first appointment, we’ll discuss your symptoms, health, treatment history, and any medication you currently take. Suitable medication options will be explained, including potential benefits and side effects, and agree on a personalised plan together.

Follow-up (titration) Appointments
At titration appointments, we’ll review how you’re responding to the medication and discuss any side effects. These appointments let us adjust your dose gradually and monitor your progress, helping find a dose that suits you. Most clients will need 3–4 titrations, however, it varies from person to person.

Annual Review
Once we’ve established the medication and dose that suits you, you’ll move to annual medication reviews. These reviews allow us to carefully assess whether your medication is still appropriate, effective and supporting your needs.
