Terri has over 20 years of experience working in the NHS across a range of adult, children’s, and mental health services. For the past five years, she has worked within CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services), specialising in ADHD assessments and medication management.

 

In August 2023, Terri founded Bright Star ADHD in response to the increasing demand for timely ADHD support and the long waiting lists within NHS services. Since then, she has been offering private ADHD assessments and prescribing medication, helping individuals and families access the support they need without unnecessary delays.

In addition to her professional background, Terri brings a strong personal connection to her work. She was diagnosed with ADHD six years ago and comes from a neurodiverse family — giving her unique insight and empathy when supporting others on their own journeys.
